Case Summary - Randy Deshawn Collier v. State

Here, the CCA had granted discretionary review to consider Collier’s challenge to the sufficiency of the evidence in his tampering case. (He “concealed” cocaine by placing it in his mouth and chewing it.) However, the Court dismissed the petition for discretionary review as improvidently granted.
